Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Because all our products are made-to-order and customised according to each customer’s specifications, we generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
No Returns for Non-Defective Items
Customised products cannot be returned or refunded for reasons such as incorrect size selection, colour preference, change of mind, or incorrect details provided at the time of order. Each item is uniquely created and cannot be resold.
Defective or Damaged Products
We accept returns only if the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To be eligible:
The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Clear unboxing video and photo proof showing the defect or damage is required.
The product must be unused and in original packaging.
After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.
No Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, colour, style, or customisation errors once the order is confirmed.
Quality Assurance
Every order undergoes careful inspection and quality checks before shipment. Customers are responsible for reviewing all measurements, spelling, and customisation details carefully before confirming their purchase, as orders cannot be modified after processing.
