SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic (Within India)

Delivery Timeline – From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-12 days for domestic orders to reach you.

Shipping Cost – The shipping charges for all orders within India is free and is completely borne by us.

International (Outside India)

Delivery Timeline – From the time of shipping, it takes 12-15 days for international orders to reach you, depending on global location.

Shipping Cost – Shipping Charges would vary based on weight and globe-location of recipient. Hence shipping cost will be communicated based on volume and destination, once order is final. In case of return, shipping charges would not be refunded and shipping cost of return to be borne by customer.

As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes, if any, levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

In Both (National & International)  Estimated delivery time may vary depending on order volume as well. We will keep you informed about timelines and in case of any delays.

Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped.

As soon as your package ships, we will share package tracking information.

INDBERRY uses third party logistics and dispatches for all its courier services. We are not responsible for any delay from the logistics team.
